OBJECTIVE

My future objective is to one day help run a solar industry company of any kind, I believe solar work will be main source of any energy for the world in no time! I don't mind starting at the bottom and fighting tooth and nail to work and earn my way to the top but my main objective is put in 110% of my effort for a company that really cares and deserves employees that are willing to go the extra mile WORK EXPERIENCE

McDonald's, Savanna, State United States 05/2015 - 12/2019 I started as fry cook and slowly worked every option for overtime and stayed for extra hours after my shift had ended and came in early for my shifts until I was promoted to a crew trainer and then eventually I was promotedbto a floor supervisor and finally after my college training course I made the management team. I felt mcdonald's was a great starter job and a good example showing that I made a 4 year commitment to a company, climbed their ladder to the top of their team. However I left on good terms for a logistical company that offered a pay raise and exponential opportunities to move up in their company For contact for mcdonald's on my performance my department manager was Tori Keister her phone number is

712-***-****

midwest 3pl, savanna, IL United States 01/2020 - 04/2020 It was very basic laborer work, I spent every day throwing bags of seed ranging from 40-80 pounds onto a conveyor belt or unloading trucks with almost 400 drums weighing between 80-120 pounds and stacking them onto pallets while taping them, I was laid off due to covid breaking out unfortunately I do not have their contact number as they have not reached out to me since I was layed off in april people ready/nesco, Morrison, IL United States 08/2020 - 10/2020 Basic laborer for my first solar field I loved the job I loved learning alignment, underground work, solar panel install, helping with the pd-10 drive the poles, tool management, learning all the torque measurements for every bolt on the field, motor and gear switch install, terminating wires, pulling wires through the pvc tubes underground and so much more. I left on good terms for a different solar sight due to this sight being almost finished and the sight manager Dillion had told me Nesco was going to be cutting alot of employees including me for the winter

A good contact number would be 1-253-***-****

Interconnection System Incorporated, Morrison, IL United States 10/2020 - 01/2021 This was my second and 3rd job site for my solar field career, they hired me as an electrician apprentice. The second field with them I started when the field was just starting. I learned the order of couplings and hat brackets and dampeners on the end of each road. It was a great learning experience showing me all of the basics and alot of the complicated parts of helping build a solar field, I loved the job, the environment, the company, and the co-workers. I was layed off due to winter freezing the ground at the companies next 3 job sites at the top of wisconsin and I'm expecting a call back in spring when the ground thaws out but I'm more then willing to grow my career and grow as an individual in a new company with more opportunities, especially if they work in the winter time

My boss was Hunter Hook his contact number would be 1-605-***-**** And one of my co-workers I worked the most with would be Mark Much his contact number would be 1-815-***-****
