o Vehicle Replacement Program: Inspect fleet 10 years or 100,000 miles annually for replacement based on specific criteria which ultimately reduced the annual fleet operating expenses by 45% from 2013 to 2016 and the average age of fleet from 11.6 years of age in 2012 to 6.2 years of age in 2017.

Developed and managed annual departmental operating and capital budget. The annual operating budget accounted for labor, benefits, material, contract services, fleet, training, and travel.
