Responsible for Information Technology (“IT”) program management for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of North American Fulfillment Center technical infrastructure by utilizing sophisticated networking technologies such as Cisco- DHCP, DNS, mail transport, and TCP/IP on Linux/Windows operating platform. Coordinate, train and manage both on-site and remote cross-functional software development and technology teams throughout the IT lifecycle process; define projects, gather business requirements, write detailed functional specifications, and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets and networking systems, and analyze cost/benefit of feature selection. Serves as the liaison between the infrastructure and general operations of the facility to resolve day-to-day IT business critical issues. Provide infrastructure cost management, including Procurement, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Asset Management. Negotiate strategic versus tactical application development to ensure functional/technical scalability, re-usability and time to market. Conducting technical and operations research and draft white papers making recommendations to senior management for process improvements. I was accountable for delivery and service management of Infrastructure, WAN telecom and hosting services.
