Responsibilities;
-Handling onboarding program for new team member
-Administer the vacation request and Relocation air ticket booking
-Lead the Cultural social activity (CSR) and monthly activity calendar
-Assist with payroll (Attendance) and exit clearance for leavers
-Responsible for HR notice board and internal communication, also handle internal/ external emails.
-Oversee the operations of team member restaurant
-Produce expense and monthly report for tm’s restaurant
-Work closely with Housing team for the operations in team member accommodation.(in the absence of Housing manager on Vacation)
-Maintain and update the team member’s file, Document’s closely work with finance team.
-Assist the administration duties of HR department e.g. letters, Task force payment, Repatriation and birch street request.
