Working independently for a European firm, as the US representative for short term assignments as directed. Concentrated in coordinating US and European technology to overseas needs. Coordinating of disparate accounting definitions to allow a better enjoyment of export and trade regulations in order to facilitate trade. Work in facilitating trade in goods and services from the US and Europe to other markets. Prepared projections and forecasts of trade and import / export transactions. Conduct the negotiation of the required financial instruments to facilitate the sales. Model the financial flows undertaken to support the venture and facilitate the explanation of flows to financial institutions.

DC WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY, Washington DC

Managed the presentation of the $500 million Capital Spending program. Prepared reports for Board of Directors and monthly Actuals versus planned expenditures, reporting on significant variances and reasons behind changes. Extensive use of advanced Excel functions – V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros. Direct supervision of Capital Equipment expenditures, almost $35 million per year.
