DC Fray 2019 – current

Senior Operations Coordinator

Enhance overall operations of Sports Management Department by updating new hire training manual, implementing new standard operating procedures, and creating new policies to ensure the highest customer service and experience for patrons and participants of DC Fray events.

oCreated policy and protocol for new $35 million facility in Southeast Washington, DC.

Developed appropriate training programs and practice schedules; set up practices and games, ensuring a certified coach is present at all track and field practices and games.

Achieved a 20% increase in donations by initiating a successful fundraising campaign for Wingate Track and Field, averaging $40,000 a year in raised funds.
