Installation and commissioning of 122ton process chillers for PET injection molding line.

Reduced electrical consumption for bottle washer from average 1200kw/day to 800kW/day by installing heat pump with replacement of electrical heaters, that helped in decreasing the overall cost of energy by 4% Evaluated methods for the selection of suppliers, contractors by creating URS, checklist, doing risk assessments related project as well as facilitated improvements in project work.

Initiated successful development & implementation of GSTD & BDA mechanism and reduction of unplanned stoppages from average 1.5% to 1%, by ensuring 100% compliance with safety & quality. Acquired successful implementation of preventive maintenance plans comply with Nestle GI-205.5-1 - Electrical Preventive Maintenance, resulting in increase of lifecycle of equipment and reduction of equipment failure before lifespan.

Description: The project includes the reduction of emission of CO2 in the environment generating from leakage of refrigerant gas R22 and its also provides specific cooling (24 C) to facility working inside the factory by installing different fan coil unit’s based upon the heat load calculations. Various technologies were used such as SMED for the reduction of preventive maintenance time on Enpas Line from 180 mins to 170 mins.

Completed 17.3 MLD SBR technology based on STP plant at Zirakpur (Punjab). Installed:

Reduction of weekly preventive maintenance time on Enpas Line from 180 mins to 170 mins by using SMED methodology.

Reduction of energy consumption by 0.6% from average monthly 3676kW to 1872 by replacing the halogen lights with LED highbay lights.

Installation and commissioning of 30kvar UPS to avoid any shut on factory IT server.

Installation and commissioning of 15 ton air condition inside production area.

Installation and commissioning of Probiotic system on Cereal (Cerelac) plant.
