- Coordinated, planned, and studied the movement of battalions (organizations with 600 personnel) and their equipment for their deployment from Fort Bliss to the Middle East and Pacific region.

- Planned the training and evaluation of a 600 personnel unit under simulated combat conditions prior to their deployment to the Middle East.
