Responsibilities: to direct all aspects of the dining services for a 180 door residence including menu developement, service excellence, cleanliness & sanitation, complaint resolution, recruiting, training, scheduling and finance

Food Services Manager November 2014 – April 2018 Compass Group Canada

Responsibilities: to direct all aspects of the daily operations of the food services on the campus of McGill University including operations, logistics, menu planning, customer service, recruiting, training, scheduling and finance. Won “Best In Class Marketing 2016” for Canada.

Food & Beverage Manager Aug 2011 – Aug 2014 Royal St. Laurence Yacht Club

Responsibilities: all aspects related to food and beverage services for an elite clientele. I created and implemented a training program for the Food Service Staff. Planned and execute a monumental 8 course gala dinner for over 100 VIP guests to celebrate the Club's 125th anniversary. I developed a Wedding Show presentation in order to tap into that market.

National Customer Service Manager Mar 2010 – Aug 2011 Newrest Canada

Responsibilities: administered, monitored and reported on the daily catering and commissary operations for 8 international airlines including; Qatar Airways, Lufthansa, American Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, Corsair, Air Algerie, Condor.

Customer Service Manager Apr 2009 – Feb 2010 Cara Operations

Responsibilities: co-ordinate the daily catering operations of approximately 120 flights per day out of Dorval/P. E. Trudeau Airport for 12 airlines including; Air Canada, Air Transat and WestJet

Food Service Department Apr 1999 – Apr 2009 Hilton Worldwide

Responsibilities: initially hired as a Part-Time Barman, I was quickly promoted and eventually became Food & Beverage Supervisor. I learned many of my management skills through the Hilton University program. I worked at the Hilton Bonaventure and Hilton Montreal Airport.

In my leisure time I enjoy reading, watching hockey and spending time with my extended family
