PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Design and facilitate stakeholder training in their roles as Board Members to succeed in their duties of leadership as fiduciary stewards of the organization.

Lead a staff reorganization from 4 to 10 full-time employees and support a staff of 40 employees.

Provide an employee organizational chart to increase customer service, streamline communications between departments, and clearly define roles and objectives.

Monitor workplace performance, lead training initiatives, onboarding induction processes, and performance plans to improve employee success and retention.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Accountable for facilitating a $14 million budget, forecasting all short and long-term financial goals, while optimizing outsourced services with resourceful approaches for risk reduction.

Maximize efficiency leading to a cost savings of $1 million.

Generate leads and negotiations to secure 11 supportive contracts in 9 months. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Leadership oversight of clubhouse buildings totaling 55,000 square feet.
