·I was accepted and enrolled among a limited number of students each year, to attend their accredited Culinary Arts Program. After completing their 1 year intensive program, I received their certificated designation of Chef.

·Upon graduation, I immediately enrolled and began course work at Scottsdale Community College.

MANAGEMENT

·I have often been appointed to lead catering teams throughout the valley that assist organizations with their event/catering needs.

·I co-founded a catering company where we marketed our Chef services, and acquired and fulfilled a contract from the Girls Rule Foundation, to staff and serve as Lead Chefs for their event.

·I have relocated from Arizona to the DMV and continue to sell meals, meal plans, and catering to people in the area.

I currently drive in the afternoon to deliver food. I help prep food some mornings in the kitchen as well as pack deliveries to different houses. Paying close attention to allergies and making certain everything in the order is correct.
