Responsibilities

1.AS a Security Consultant study the current security system, include the new requirements, re-designing, defining and implementing task groups and functional rolls for different Business Processes areas

2.Developed the Sarbanes-Oxley review matrix and segregation of duties program for security

3.Redesign of SAP Security roles, identifying SOD’s and creating all new SAP Security Roles

4.All roles passed the Sarbanes-Oxley test using a 3rd party test tool by VIRSA Compliance calibrator tool.

5.Building the Roles using the transaction codes and implementing these Roles for the client organizational levels creating derived Roles and authorization profiles for the various plants located at different geographical locations in Development system

6.Transporting these Roles and derived Roles to Quality Assurance System (QAS) and initiating the testing process of these roles by assigning the intended Roles to test users and monitoring and trouble shooting the authorization failures during testing

7.After ensuring the intended functionality of these Roles, transporting these objects to Production system (PRD) and assigning to users during implementation

8.Defining, scheduling, monitoring Background jobs for database and offline redo log file backups

9.Maintained Users through CUA in Non Productive Systems.

10.Spool administration: Defining Output devices for local, remote and frontend printing, define and make use of logical spool servers, manage spool and output requests
