•Handling a network of 33 customers across North India region.

•Liaised cross functionally to resolve the quality complaint and commercial settlement issues. Reduced the settlement lead time from 6 days to 4.5 days resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction.

•Increased sales volume by 120% by developing new customers across sectors (Auto, OEM, Trade, Export) resulting in above target achievement.

•Improved high aging inventory turnaround time to 30 days by adopting FIFO & end to end logistics coordination.
