Role and Responsibility

Overall HSE management and looking for the client’s compliances.

Screening of various categories of workmen for HSE requirements.

HSE induction training for workmen & provide PPE to all workmen as well as to the site staffs.

Site tool box talk and safety task assignment.

Preparation of permit to work (PTW) with method statement and job safety analysis.

Ensure 100% PPE compliance.

Ensure barricading, temporary closure of openings, proper access and working platforms.

Ensure proper housekeeping and waste management.

Check construction equipment and tools and tackles test certificates compliance.

Implementation of safety training to workmen.

Check adequacy of workmen welfare such as labour camp, canteen, and recreation facilities.

Ensure proper fittings and protection of electrical equipment and tools

First aid to workmen.

Safety documentation works such as check list, permits, daily, weekly and monthly reports etc.,

Toll box take every day. labours & employs must be inducted.

Organize and conduct safety committee meetings to evaluate effective implementation of EHS plan
