Talen Energy Regional Safety Director 2016 - 2019

Advised leadership and safety professionals at 13 generation stations (coal and natural gas fired) across the Northeast to show significant improvement in safety performance across all sites.

Achieved ~300% injury rate reduction within the northeast generation fleet during a time of significant change and headcount reduction.

Lead development of a custom incident reporting and lessons learned platform to capture and share lessons learned throughout the fleet.
