OBJECTIVE

EXPERIENCE

1. Worked with Byke hospitality limited as a camp boss from April 1st 2009 to February 15th 2014.

2. Worked with Hatco trading and contracting Qatar as a camp boss from November 14th to July 1st 2017.

Job and responsibilities.

1.Assist to personal Manager or labor coordinator every day.

2.responsible for control of the entire manpower accommodated in the camp and maintain the details of the camp such as present beds occupancy, toilets, showers, kitchen, mess facilities available etc.

3.Ensure that cleaners, security men,watchmen, etc. Are performing their duties properly .

4.Responsible for camp safety, cleanliness, arrangement of water and ensure that electricity is not wasted by the employees. Ensure that first aid is readily available for camp employees.

5.Ensure that employees maintain discipline at camp and ensure that workers don’t consume or sell the alcohol in the camp .

6.maintain of records relating to the removal of sewage water and garbage from the camp.

7. Maintenance of records pertaining to electricity consumption, supply of sweet water,gas cylinder and other consumables .

8. Maintenance of electrical appliances a/c etc.

9. Ensure that no employee transferred to any other site without the prior approval of the personal dept. Or concerned authorities.

10. Men idle status at the camp should be brought to the notice of the main office on daily basis in order to reconcile the records.

11. Ensure that employees as long as possible to go to the government hospital in case of sickness not to the private hospital where employees are charged exorbitantly.

12 Ensure that all documents required by personal department are completed and returned in time for under his jurisdiction.

13. Take new arrival and vacation going employees report from H.R. Dept. And manage everything as per requirement.

14. Send daily report to head office about the workers who are not reporting to duty without any reason.

EDUCATION

Secondary education from ajmer board in 1998.

Senior secondary education from (RBSE AJMER) in 2000

RELEVANT SKILLS

Skill group or title . Good command over spoken English and having knowledge of computer (MS Excel, MS Word, power point )

Diploma in Brain bench ISO 9000/2001 in spoken English.

Language known English, Hindi, Urdu, Arebic
