Working on Township Project, 606 acres of land area at “Shantigram Township” near Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India encompassing a blend of Residential and Commercial zones with ultra-modern and contemporary public facilities like Golf Arena, Sports Complex, Club, Cricket Field, Jain Derasar, Modern and Classical types of Bungalows, High rise towers, Shops – Shoppers Plaza, etc.
Project Undertaken:
Presently associated with the Bungalows and Jain Derasar projects. The Bungalows community will have a total of 286 villas in three different configurations 6 BHK, 5 BHK and 4 BHK villas and two types of design i.e. Modern and Classical. A large Jain Derasar is planned over an area of 1.97 acres which includes the Derasar and its Ancillary buildings like multipurpose hall, Priest room and other common facilities. Responsibilities:
Project planning, design coordination with consultant
Scrutiny of drawings and prepare a Bill of Quantities
Prepare project construction budget and maintaining into the SAP system
Creation of project (WBSe, Network, Activity) in SAP system for all the projects in Shantigram
Floating BOQs to vendors/contractors
Site visit as and when required for project progress and resolve the issues/hindrances of the Project.
Make meeting with the Clients for their additions/alterations and submit the modified drawings and additions/alterations estimate based on their requirement.
Laisoning with site team and provide technical support for smooth implementation of the Project.
Deeply involved in uPVC doors and windows for all the locations of Adani which are Ahemdabad- Shantigram Projects, Mumbai-Western Height project and Gurgaon- Oyster Grande project.
Prepare MIS report of all the projects (data sent by respective site team and compiling done by me) for the Management

Ensuring the availability of constructional material by anticipatory planning for procurement of material.
Involved in the development of ERP - SAP application and UAT (User acceptance test) for PS, MM, MDM, DMS modules
