Utilize SAP, Hyperion, and other business intelligence systems to pull part(s)/tool cost and labor data to develop accurate estimates that adhere to FAR and TINA requirements. Review contract proposal estimates for accuracy and develop ad hoc reports. Performed leadership reviews of proposals and production cost estimates valued in the $10-100M. Negotiate estimates with government customers. Review Bill of Materials (BOM) for make versus buy procurement types. Utilize wrap rates, escalation factors, discounts and learning curve to estimate future costs of products.
