Design seasonal brand right graphic and print artwork for hard and soft goods. Including marketing, and promotional materials as needed. Revise and edit artwork based on product needs and applications.

Maintain cohesive and brand right story telling, reviewing all artwork made for specialty categories by art team.

Photo editing/retouching, both bought images and in house photography.

Partner across categories to identify and align artwork hands and messaging, highlighting legal FR issues that may arise.

Prepare and present up-to-date trend analysis, forecasting, and new product development.

Translate key trends into artwork and packaging designs based on assortment.

Communicate with production vendors for strike offs, pattern pieces, and revisions as needed.

Review and edit nal artwork assortment with cross functional teams before aligning to nal deliveries.

Format all artwork files and color information for transmission in Tech Packs.

Match color chip standards and Pantones to printers in o ce. Update and organize seasonal color palettes.

Comp shop companies in-person and online, create store recaps for Art Department, Design, and Trend.

Communicate with vendors on strike off call outs and artwork production.

Manage multiple category production calendars simultaneously, delivering on all deadlines and meeting needs in a timely manner.

Manage Assistant Designers on the Art Team, helping to grow and develop team members for success.

Identify problems in the design process with cross-functional partners, aligning and solving productivity issues for smooth product development.

Maintain and update artwork library and current artwork les. Organize all artwork copyright approvals from the legal team, assisting in copyright infringement research when needed.

Onboard all new CAD Designers on company production timeline, shared file organization, and the company’s brand standards.

Train all new CAD Designers on NedGraphics and Adobe Suite programs.

Track and place all Epson printer supply orders and maintenance needs.
