I also handle a group of operators to produce finished goods that requested from the customers to achieved target. I also manage the maintenance technicians to overcome the maintenance issues that occur. I also manage to operate the industry flow to maximise the output for better efficiency. I also liaise with vendors for machine maintenance to reduce machine downtime for better performance. I also responsible in QC checking for the finished good before deliver to respective customers.
