Phosphoric Acid Anodize Prep
Hang and prepare parts to be submerged in the PAA line for bond/non-bonded parts
Utilize digital images and production copies to ensure parts are properly hung, avoiding acid runs, acid runs, gas pockets, staining, etc.
Extensive knowledge of specification and drawing requirements associated with bond/non-bonded assemblies
Painter (aircraft detail parts and assemblies)
Confirmed all parts were properly prepared prior to painting. Maintained a log of all paints and other chemicals used in the paint department on a daily basis
Prepare parts for paint, mixing paint and relaxed chemicals, applying finish coat and baking
Mask, prime, and top coat aircraft detail parts and assemblies
Perform in-process checks to ensure the appropriate thickness of primer as well as inspect for defects related to primer application
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation
Complete understanding of company quality standards and operating procedures. Follow standard procedures when using tools and equipment. Comply with safety rules and procedures. Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools

Mask off molds areas which are not to be laminated, using cellophane, wax paper, masking tape, or special sprays containing mold-release substances
