Improving Production Line Efficiency by Time-Motion Study & TRIZ Analysis Construction of a detailed production time study report and efficient industry design with increased efficiency and minimal cost using the TRIZ contradiction matrix analysis and DFMEA. Project Role : Team Leader.
Work done: Automation implementation and Root Cause,Loss analysis. Design and fabrication of kinematic walker
Construction of a more stable and faster mechanical six legged walking mechanism suitable for all terrain surfaces.
