Develop and process coating for applications using both commonplace and advanced materials for aerospace, electronics, gas and marine turbines and landing gear.

Design experiments for coating optimization of thermal spray process for Government and Commercial clients.

In depth knowledge and extensive utilization of Ceramics, Metal, Carbides, and Polymers.

Assist with the development and spraying of coating used for aerospace, receiving multiple orders for parts that performed successfully in aerospace application with extended use.

Successfully transitioned a $1M contract Phase I STTR project into Phase II for US Navy via successful presentation.

Discovered and confirmed important correlation between spray process and coating properties performance for SBIR Project for the US Airforce providing additional funds and time to the company.

Extensive use of characterization methods including: adhesion strength, corrosion, erosion, furnace cycling, and tribology.
