June, 2019 to November, 2019 – Documentation & CAD Technician: Hired and highly sought for the position but waited several months for government security clearance. While waiting and assisting colleagues, the Navy rewrote the contract and excluded my position due to funding. I was laid off with high recommendations from my manager and colleagues. SRAM, LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado. April, 2016 to May, 2018 – Production Qualification Documentation Specialist (CAD Drafter): Created and modified CAD inspection drawings and linked Excel spreadsheet for use by the Metrology group and suppliers, using PTC Creo CAD software (formerly Pro/Engineer) Smart Assembly tool; calculated tolerance and minimum and maximum dimension values for all moving parts of bicycle components; verified and distinguished all dimensions including reference, basic, GD&T, etc. for accurate manufacturing and machining of parts for assemblies; trained colleagues in Taiwan; communicated with engineers and Metrology group for discrepancies in CAD drawings; local champion for Women’s Leadership Committee; member of SRAM Olympics Committee and Community Committee.
