Roles and Responsibilities:

Pursue and uphold company standards of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements.

Conducting inspection on Raw materials and review of MTC and the specification requirements.

Preparation and approval of Work procedures and Inspection Test Plan ITP/QCP according to the project requirements.

Ensure that the weld faces were free from the defects, contamination and damages

Surveillance and monitoring the Process activities like fit-up, Preheat, DPT as per FQAP/ITP and WPS Preparing inspection report for day to day activities.

Check the dimensions are in accordance with the drawings

Roles and Responsibilities:

Observe all relevant action related to weld quality throughout the production

Reading and interpreting the various drawings required in the fabrication work

Witnessing all stages from the Raw material as per the QAP.

Providing Technical assists to vendor and maintains timely delivery to satisfy the Purchase order requirement.

Conducting Periodical training program to vendor on the Product and enable them to go further without any uncertainty and delay.

Witness, Review and Approval of WPS, PQR and Welder Qualification according to Project requirements.

Conducting and witnessing the welder qualification skill test in accordance with the approved WPS and prepare Welder performance qualification record (WQT).

Witness on machine setting, Checked for surface finish and ensured dimension tolerance as per the drawing

Check for PWHT and reviewed the charts and Compile with standards and specifications.

Witnessing Destructive Testing and Nondestructive testing of Raw material, NDT on welding .

Ensure that all the Joint fit-ups are in accordance with WPS / drawings

Witnessing and Reviewing Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities in Welding compare with codes and standards..

Monitoring the welder performance on the basis of acceptance of NDT testing of joints and maintaining the record as per Line History.

Conducted training programs for welders and engineers in the field of welding and its effects.

Co-ordination, meeting with client as a QC representative

Offer Client Inspection stages as per the QAP and ensured that stages all are accepted and approved.

Coordinating with clients for QC issues and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for offering the stages as per Inspection Testing Plan (ITP).

Final Dossier Preparation combined with all the stages and submit for Third Party review / Client review for their clearance
