One with a motor and small harness, the other harness only. Testing on thermal heaters, and testing a variety of Phalanx System and Fiber optic cable

Building/re-building night vision units for the military, police and border patrol officers.

Working in a clean room and dark room environment.

Extensive microscope operation.

Military level soldering along with braising and some welding.

Wire Harness build-up for 31A, 60A and Challenger model aircraft.

Complete working knowledge of wire harness builds including jig boards, A-frames, work sheets, prints, layouts, strap out, primary and secondary terminations, final cap and stow for transport.

Wire harness build-up and mods for KC10, DC9 and 747 aircraft.

Modified Delta Airlines 747 with updated systems.

Assembly and Installation wire harness units including routing, clamping and terminations.

Responsibilities:

Modification of MD-80, DC-9 and DC-10 aircraft.

Removal of all old systems.

Installation of DFGS, TCAS, GPWS, and EFIS systems along with all “Black Boxes” and instrument panels.

Working knowledge of Standard Repair Manuals, Service Bulletins, McDonald Douglas and Midwest Prints.

Interact and communicate daily with Inspection, Engineering, and Planning departments.
