-Responsibilities include but not limited to: clinical on-boarding and patient care orientation as well as the on-going training for all Intensive Care, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Emergency Department, Cardiovascular Outpatient, Outpatient Infusion, Outpatient Oncology and Cardiac Cath Lab department staff members. Manager Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Outpatient Unit, Baptist Health Richmond -January 2012 – March 2015 Richmond, KY

-Responsibilities include management of the cardiac Cath lab and cardiovascular outpatient units. Managing 10 RN’s and 4 RRT(R)’s – scheduling coverage with on-call and staggering schedule module to maintain two teams for 24hours/7 days per week operational hours for scheduled procedures and on-call coverage to manage all cardiovascular emergent, elective and scheduled procedures.

-Managed room availability and scheduling of procedures for three individual cardiology practice groups.

-Conducted 90 day, bi-annual and annual performance review appraisals.

-Served as a circulation nurse as well as the procedural monitoring and documentation role when needed to complete the three person procedure team.

-Responsible for data abstraction and submission of data to the NCDR and SCAI National Database Registries.
