Recruitment & Selection

Identifying manpower requirement in all departments through the financial year budget and fulfill with corporate consultation.

Conducting preliminary interviews then arrange departmental interview for technical test for selecting the best candidates.

Organizing the documentation of joining formalities and ensure that all certificates has been obtained like educational certificate agreement and medical certificate etc.

Some of the special recruitment has been done through advertisement, agencies and campus interview.

Training & Development

I ensure Training needs through the functional head based on the competency gap. It is communicated to me and formed the training calendar once in three months.

The training for both internal and external conduction has been finalized by me with consultation of functional head.

It has to be ensuring completion action shall be done in training records and its maintained for audits.

Training is given to the new joined employees and Safety classes, Fire drill .

The training effectiveness is been collected through training feed back from and its been analyzed every 6 months by my team from the date training with the help of functional heads.

It has been calculated and displayed as a skill matrix at every concern department. Human Resource Management

Tracking the records of attendance both workmen and contractual labour to reduce absenteeism.

Update all the employees data base.

Update all the addition and deletion of employee month wise and make reports sent to the corporate HR.

Maintaining the data base of performance appraisal and review every year . Motivation

Production delivery incentive has been calculated and distribute by the HR.
