Oversees administration of WGL’s benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement and pension, ensuring that WGL’s benefits programs are administered in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manages, investigates and corresponds to employees regarding escalated benefit issues and concerns. Monitors and corrects processes and procedures impacting benefit administration or employee benefit programs.

Validates benefit programs through reporting, cost analysis and trends; and facilitates open enrollment processes and activities. Assists with special benefits projects (wellness initiatives, audits, open enrollment, etc.) as directed.
