A competent professional with a degree in DIPLOMA (Mechanical engg.) with having 4 year’s experience in Mechanical maintenance.Presently associated with CREW (P) LTDin Talwandi Sabo Power ltd (3 *660MW-Punjab-Mansa) as a Maintenance Engineer. A keen learner with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Possess strong communication and inter-personal skills.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Basic monitoring day-to-day maintenance activity in process plant & maintaining daily log book for the same.

•Receive breakdown or defect slip from concern department & appoint the Engineer, technician to attend the problem.

•Maintaining daily preventive maintenance check sheets.

•Maintaining complete machine history records.

•Scheduling & Planning for Preventive Maintenance, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance.

•Leading a team of technicians, skilled & unskilled workers for plant maintenance and up gradation.

•Coordinating with all departments for day-to-day problem and job planning accordingly.

•Planning, coordinating of preventive and breakdown activities for achieving high plant availability to meet production target.

•Monthly planning for spare & consumable materials to meet reliability of equipments.

•Preparing standard Maintenance procedure (SMP), Checklist, WorkInstructions, safe work procedure (SWP), safe operating procedure (SOP) on job training (OJT).

•Analyzing breakdown time hours & there corrective action plan.

•Maintaining minimum inventory stock (Spares).

•Documenting records in daily manner for future reference.

•Undergone rotational shifts in operation department too.

EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY HANDLED:

•Having good work experience in Gear box, Actuators & Flap gate, Rail clamping equipment, travelling equipment like travelling tipper trolley.

•Maintenance of material handling Equipment –Conveyor Belt and all types of scrapper.

•Maintaining proper equipment availability and reliability by doing lubrication of equipments.

•Maintaining Fluid couplings, Gear coupling and spider coupling.

•Maintainance of Wagon Tippler.

•Maintainance of Stacker and Reclaimer.

•Maintained DS, DS system, DE system, Sump pump

INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE:

•Since May-2015 in TALWANDI SABO POWER LIMITED ( 3*660MW) under CREW P LTD, C/O TSPL)
