Supervises and controls all fabrication, construction and installation activities on site and ensures that all work is completed in accordance with ADNOC standards and related contract’s terms and conditions.
Supervises daily construction work progress as per planned & scheduling, planning of manpower, estimation of materials, tools, and equipment’s for assigned projects.
Ensures that the work activities are in safe condition at all times and completed on time as per ADNOC HSE and QA/QC specifications and procedures
Monitors the daily work activities of Sub -Contractor and updating Sub- Contractor Progress Report
Reviews of all Piping and Pipeline deliverables - Field Map, Plot Plan, Piping General Arrangement Drawings, Pipe Support Design Specifications, Piping Design Basis, Piping Material Take Off, Special Materials MTO and Valve Data sheets, Piping Layout drawings, Isometric Drawings for Approaches and Tie-in List
Supervises and follows up construction activities of other disciplines such as civil, mechanical and supervises coating activities on site; right of way construction, pipe bending, welding of line pipes, pipe lowering in, tie-ins and road crossings, backfilling and installation of line markers.
Reviews and modifies of the Method statement for constructions activities which includes Right of way, Backfilling, Pipelines Road Crossing Open, Cathodic Protection Installation, Existing Pipeline & Cable Crossing, Pipe Stringing, Pipe Bending, Pipelines Welding And cold & hot Cutting, Cable Laying, Existing Pipeline & Cable Crossing and Cleaning, Gauging, Filling, Pressure Testing, Dewatering and Drying Procedure For Pipelines
Reviews of all Piping and Pipeline deliverables - Field Map, Plot Plan, Piping General Arrangement Drawings, Pipe Support Design Specifications, Piping Design Basis, Piping Material Take Off, Special Materials MTO and Valve Data sheets, Piping Layout drawings, Isometrics and Tie-in List.
Follows up piping foundation/support installation and construction, piping erecting, valve installation and pre- commissioning and tie-in with the existing facilities during the shutdown.
