JOB DISCRIPTION:-

RECRUITMENT & INDUCTION TRAINING:- Heading project site HR activities including Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Induction Training, Employee Engagement,developing policies project site. Talent sourcing, (Campus, Portals, Vendors, Walk-ins, planned interviews, Newspaper etc).

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM:-Handling Performance Appraisal System. Half yearly & Annual performance appraisal and increment process of employees and identifying scope for enhancing the same. To Cordinate with all concern Deptt. for Managing & Implementation the Calendar of Project Schedules .

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT:-Handling the payroll management, this includes employees records maintenance, time office management, salary preparation & disbursement, records of unpaid wages etc.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS:- To keep/maintain smooth relations with employee/contractors/local authorities/unions ; Completely take charge of industrial dispute ;Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliance Contractors & Company ; To keep industrial disciplines ;To handle issues of contractors & their manpower ;To handle legal issues independently related to manpower/statutory compliance. Dealing with other legal activities and contact with legal adviser if required; Responsible for IR matters ; Lesioning with govt. departments ; Complete Labor Management ; Submission of all statutory returns .

COUNSELLING / GRIEVANCE:-Handling the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction Survey and development activities. Disciplinary Proceeding against delinquent employees (Conduct Domestic Enquiry, Issue a Charge Sheet, etc) . Attending Court Cases and coordination with Advocates. Handling Mediclaim, Accident Insurance, etc

UNION MANAGEMENT:- Responsible for amicable union relations, Develop good Union relations and update the management on all the important union matters, Responsible for updates on all the labour laws, litigation and other relevant developments in labour field, Lead the Union settlement process and be a link between the Management and the Union to arrive at an amicable agreement.

Administration:- Managing the Facility Security in accordance with corporate Security Guidelines by implementing various security measures regarding Men and Material Movements at the entrance as well as inside the facility . Manage the works related to Housekeeping / Gardening and other administration services . Manage the Transport arrangements regarding Employee Transport / Taxi Requirements / etc Manage the Executive / Employees Travel Management through Travel Desk. Manage the Canteen services of the facility to ensure Hygienic food is available at the right time in right Quantity at the right price . Manage the Front Office of the functions through the Front Office Coordinator . Manage the Liaison works of the facility with Local Panchayath / Police / Govt Officials . To comply with Statutory norms regarding the Contract Labour . Manage the communication system of the facility by coordinating with Service providers of Land lines / Mobiles / Data card / EPABX etc for rectification as well as for new connections . . Manage Vendor Payments, Utility Payments, Adequacy of Stationary, Provisions Refreshments, Courier & Dispatch.. Manage all the Requirements of the facility for the Smooth Functioning on day to day basis.of Job Requirements . Managing the house accommodation for New Staff, Proper arrangement of Guest House arrangement . Proper Arrangement of Traing Programme Facility .
