F Build and lead the project management offices in Abu Dhabi.1.5 million € per year
F Coordination between clients based in UAE and factories located in France or UK to assure the project completion on time, on cost to match the ADNOC / ADMA requirements and improve COMECA customer satisfaction.

F Quality Management: provide and implement an action plan in coordination with different technical entity to answer Non Conformity Reports and define the Roots Cause Analysis.

F Leading internal and external resources. Go through all V-model activities like design, production, supply, planning, commissioning, formation, trouble Shouting and after-Sales.
