Perform repairs to all building infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems. Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staffs. Maintain stock for maintenance department and obtain outside contractors for out-sourced work. Assist in preparation of annual operating budgets. Interact with security department regarding life/safety issues and other security/maintenance related problems; interact with local officials, insurance company representatives, and tenants as required to resolve concerns. Perform project management on small and medium scale renovations; assist development team and general contractor in the large scale building-wide development project (project cost approximately $225 Million).
