• Led Activity Based Costing (ABC) initiative, creating transparency into IT spend across the organization, resulting in a 20% reduction in annual operating costs.

• Served as finance lead for $250M BioARCH program, the largest IT implementation in Red Cross history. International Finance Manager, Tsunami Recovery Program Managed all aspects of financial operations for the 5 year, $581M Tsunami Recovery Program, the largest international relief and recovery effort in the history of the Red Cross Movement. Responsible for the hiring, training and supervising of international and national finance & administrative staff based in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Maldives, India and Washington DC.

• Successfully designed, built and managed international finance operation from the ground up following the 2004 tsunami disaster in South Asia.

• Developed due diligence, reporting and monitoring criteria for all grants, contracts and partner agreements with Red Cross

& Crescent Societies, NGOs and United Nations partners.
