• Played lead role in developing strategy, setting up day to day operations and building the Finance and Accounting functions from the ground up. • Led Activity Based Costing (ABC) initiative, creating transparency into IT spend across the organization, resulting in a 20% reduction in annual operating costs.

• Served as finance lead for $250M BioARCH program, the largest IT implementation in Red Cross history. International Finance Manager, Tsunami Recovery Program Managed all aspects of financial operations for the 5 year, $581M Tsunami Recovery Program, the largest international relief and recovery effort in the history of the Red Cross Movement. • Successfully designed, built and managed international finance operation from the ground up following the 2004 tsunami disaster in South Asia.
