Media, Communications and Community • ICC T20 World Cup, Australia 2020
• Responsible for the planning and event-time delivery of the event’s social responsibility programme (ICC Cricket 4 Good), this includes staffing, catering, logistics and scheduling
• Relationship management and activation delivery for Event charity partners
(UNICEF, Movember and McGrath Foundation)
• Support Volunteer Programme Manager with the creation of volunteer training publications and subsequent content
• Agency management and supervision of nation-wide promotional activations (i.e. Trophy displays and awareness drives)
• Manage the overall program calendar for the Media, Communications & Community team through WeTrack planning software to ensure that all planning and implementation milestones are met

Community & Publications Manager • ICC Cricket World Cup, England & Wales 2019
• Managing the ICC Cricket World Cup Schools Programme, a National programme engaging 700k children, 12k teachers and 6k schools across England & Wales
• Working with the national cricket governing body, England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), to develop a legacy strategy post tournament
• Tournament time management of Anthem mascots
• Conducting volunteer interviews across hosting cities resulting in the final selection of 4,000 volunteers out of over 20,000 total applicants
• Working with volunteers in numerous functional areas across Tournament Time
• Presentation Coordinator for the final prize distribution ceremony (on global broadcast)
• Managing all event publications across internal teams, agencies and external stakeholders, this included tournament mapping and match day programmes

• In charge of all ticketing, both hospitality and general, for participating teams, stakeholders and member boards
• Reconciliation of revenue for all tournament tickets
• Primarily responsible for raising and distributing all invoices to relevant parties
• Match day operations liaison between venue and ticketing provider May 2016 – February 2017
Ticketing Administrator • Rugby Football Union
• Ticketing allocation and dispatch for all Twickenham matches
• Lead for managing the England Rugby Internationals Club (direct liaison with ex international players)
• In charge of the commercial ticket allocation (between commercial team and sponsors)

• Seconded to work on the U20’s Rugby World Cup in England
• Liaising directly with team liaison officers and sponsors to deliver all event day provisions, including transportation, accreditation and ticketing
• Main point of contact for all ticketing queries between the venue and Ticketing provider
