RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have worked on multiple requiremnets and successfully placed resources in various modules of SAP – ex. FICO, SAP HANA Analytics, SAP BODS, S4 HANA Finance Managers, SAP HCM SF EC, SAP OTC /SD, SAP SCM, SAP GTS Consultants, SAP Hana Analytics, SAP HCM Success Factors Consulting Managers etc.

Responsible for the handling and managing of recruitment activities in software consulting services, technical and non-technical groups for the client.

Bench Acquisition, Bench Management Strategy, Full Life Cycle Recruitment, Recruitment of Oracle / SAP Professionals, Creative Sourcing, Project Management, Human Resources, Relationship Building, Software Implementations, Project and Account Management.
