Leading the implementation of SAP Financial and budget application tool, Order to cash, BPC, P2P (Ariba on-demand) and S/4HANA. The role includes standard IT project management tasks; working with SAP Activate; managing project to completion; managing the process of definition and development of detailed requirements; develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures and I am also responsible for managing 25+ resources and budget of $8.5M defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information technology sponsor approvals, and coordinating resources necessary to successfully complete the project within scope, budget, and schedule. I handled multiple projects including non-SAP applications as well such as Revenue Accounting, Lease Management, and Salesforce implementation for CRM etc.

oSr. Global SAP Project Manager- Bridgestone Americas, Nashville TN: Leading the ECC upgrade to EHP7 and BW upgrade to S/4 HANA platform; involved with requirements gathering, working with external vendors, managing 20 resources and budget of $1.5M. Responsible for managing the budget and budget forecasting, keeping to the schedule and stay up to date on current projects in flight including all of SAP applications; ensuring that SAP activate methodology was followed properly
