RESPONSIBILITIES

SOX level 1 audit with GE’s internal audit team.

Maintain quality standards for Functional Deliverables, new custom components and their implementation process.

Involving in Preparing and maintaining project plan, effort estimate and have to ensure timely delivery of all projects, issues and enhancements with no effort/schedule slippage.

Review design documentation and provide approval for code development and configuration.

Co-ordinate with different teams to prepare server setup and deployment project planning. Review the same with all the stakeholders and obtain their signoff.

Make sure the server setup is done based on the agreed timelines and cost.

On an quarterly basis review resource deployment and allocation plan with customer to make sure there is no impact on the customer service and operation.

Review the Knowledge Transfer (KT) plan on regular basis to make sure all the knowledge areas are covered as per SOW (Statement of Work) and provide feedback to offshore manager to makes updates if any. Also make sure team-members leaving the process or new joiners get trained on timely manner.

Prepare disaster recovery plan and Review with all the stakeholders. Once the plan is approved, conduct disaster recovery testing periodically to make sure the Hyperion applications are working on the backup servers as expected.

Review capacity planning of servers and provide inputs on data requirements for performance testing and load balance testing.

Monitor data integration from various sources to make sure there is seamless data integration to Hyperion application.

Review new enhancement code configurations and documentation before moving to production to make sure they meet production system guidelines and standards.

Guide the support team in coming up with System integration testing strategy and various test scenarios for application enhancements to make sure that the application has adequate controls in place.

Monitor UAT progress, Issue resolution and escalate critical issues to the various stake holders for all the Support enhancement.
