Sr. Reports Developer – Eligibility and Enrollment, Elkridge, MD

Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) is the name of the new system being developed as part of the MD THINK program for State of Maryland. The E&E system will be Maryland’s new Integrated Eligibility system and eventually support all other Medicaid programs beyond LTC/Waiver, as well as other DHS programs, such as Food Supplement, Temporary Cash Assistance, and TemporaryDisability Assistance Program etc.. The E&E system will be introduced in a phased approach and will replace the CARES mainframe system as well as myDHR, the current online application for DHS benefits.

Key responsibilities in this position include:

Different types of benefits like Food Stamps, LIEAP, Medicaid, School clothing allowance, etc. are provided by state to the people based on their Income, Accommodation, Household size etc. It is an Integrated Eligibility application that determines eligibility of the applicants based on different parameters and sending out Client Notices to the applicants.
