Objective

I have been involved in the Construction Industry since I was young. My goal in this industry is to grow within a company and become a field superintendent and manage a job site within 10 years. I would like to achieve full management and completion of either a commercial or multi family house, while developing a special bond with my team and clients through camaraderie, and respect.

1.Cooper - Residential Home; April – July 2017

-Managed a crew and worked on 3,000 sq ft of old deck demoed out and reconstruction of new deck

-Working in winter conditions for a 4-month project

-Replaced entire 3 levels of house windows

2.Riggio – Residential Home; August 2017- August 2018

-Onsite work with tear out of main living room fireplace and replaced with new black iron fireplace

-Oversaw and managed installation of 1,700 sqft of driveway to change from asphalt to pavers, while dealing with heat tubing underneath

-Oversaw and managed installation of a $30,000 door installed in front entre

-Oversaw and managed two existing decks to be demoed and re built

-Oversaw and managed sanding 3,000 sqft of flooring and new stain around entire home

3.Upton – Residential Home; August 2017- August 2018

-Onsite work sealing to close up and create a creative bunk room with lights and features

-Oversaw and managed demo and installment of a new fireplace

-Oversaw and managed addition of a new deck added onto existing deck

-Oversaw and managed all new granite countertops and cabinets for master bedroom

-Oversaw and managed new back patio with walking path and landscaping

-Oversaw and managed all new painting of entire house and staining all wood

4.Engles – Residential Home; August 2018

- Oversaw and managed driveway remodel, carefully demoing out all asphalt with a snowmelt system below, and replaced with fine quality pavers
