Network Optimization on cell level and market level by performing daily analysis and identification for worst cells in order to improve the main KPIs of the market.

Responsible for all RF activities including: Daily Optimization, design of Sites, Traffic dimensioning, Parameters setting.

Verifying and analyzing major network problems and malfunction and propose the suitable solutions in case it is related to System Elements or timers.

Examining, reporting all Network Performance statistics reports against the defined thresholds, reporting and following up abnormalities with engineering divisions.

Maintaining and recommending the suitable values for all LTE parameters.

Optimizing the Cell sites Database parameters and Antenna Configuration to get better network performance within designated figures in the assigned region, Examine the performance of the sites by doing frequent field drive test and follow up the sites performance.

Troubleshoot areas with poor RF performance. Request drive tests, analyze data, and recommend network changes as applicable.

Provide RAN team with the necessary guidance and scripts/XMLs.

Initial site optimization: monitor migrated sites and optimize any degraded KPI’s ( CDR,CFR,intra-Inter HOSR, DL/UL Throughput, to have the site in accepted condition for live network.

Analyze and troubleshoot any issue on the New/migrated sites, Open ticket and escalate the issue to the concern party.

Maintain the KPI’s of migrated sites/clusters, after troubleshooting, optimizing and take the necessary action for each site which is not achieving the target KPIs and field RSRP/SINR/ throughput.

Fixing and tuning the parameters by running MML commands, script or XMLs.

Extract and analyze the main KPIs of the sites through LSM, Netact, PRTS or Tablue.

Site Optimization to control antenna foot-print of overshooting cells to reduce overall interference and improve the quality of the network by using Timing Advance statistics, drive tests etc.

Prepare regular activity reports for the ongoing/future activities, performance trend of the network, drive test reports and worst cells comments.

Support to evaluate and activate new features and trails.

2. 4G Performance and optimization Engineer.

Samsung Company (April-2018 to May-2019). (Sprint &Verizon) Project-USA, VA.

Generate CIQ to the migrated sites and working with customer to update CIQ templates after each change in parameters or features.

Provide RAN team with the necessary guidance and scripts to migrate the site.

Initial site optimization: monitor migrated sites and optimize any degraded KPI’s ( CFR,CDR,intra-Inter HOSR, DL/UL Throughput, to have the site in accepted condition for live network.

Analyze and troubleshoot any issue on the migrated sites, and escalate the issue to the concern party.

Maintain the KPI’s of migrated sites/clusters, after troubleshooting, optimizing and take the necessary action for each site which is not achieving the target KPIs and field RSRP/SINR/ throughput.

Work with developers on the automated tools (migration tools/audit tool) and keep it up to date.

Auditing the migrated sites: database inconsistency checks and HW check.

Create the necessary scripts for the inconsistency values.

Fixing and tuning the parameters by running MML commands or script.

Extract and analyze the main KPIs of the migrated sites through LSM or Spot Fire.

Manage and send fixing scripts to RAN team to be implemented during the MW

Maintain the KPI’s of swap sites/clusters from other vendors, after troubleshooting, optimizing and take the necessary physical action for each site which is not achieving the target KPIs and field RSRP/SINR/ throughput.
