Designed an Arterial Blood Gas Procedure Manual, listing maintenance/calibration requirements, equipment capabilities/limitations, and blood gas sampling techniques. Researched and implemented echocardiographic capabilities, saving the military $120,000 in the first year. As a member of the Critical Care Committee, updated management and physicians on respiratory and cardiology capabilities.
