Supervision encompassed: Inspection, assembly, gauging (design review and buy off thru creation of gage instructions,operator training, gage R&R, etc.), paint and ecaot/powdercoat operations (including shot and sand blasting operations as needed), shipping and receiving, quality and lab department personnel. standards and specifications were also an integral part of my functions within each organization. Product launch and maintenance for new lines and parts as well as existing.
