Employee training, customer and vendor contact and resolution of quality issues, APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, gage calibration and R&R, continuous improvement, product certification (supplier & customer), corrective and preventative actions, preventative maintenance, blue print/drawing reading (GD&T), tooling, MRB, flow charting, and product launch were also part of my job duties. Supervision encompassed: Inspection, assembly, gauging (design review and buy off thru creation of gage instructions,operator training, gage R&R, etc.), paint and ecaot/powdercoat operations (including shot and sand blasting operations as needed), shipping and receiving, quality and lab department personnel. Defect analysis and process engineering, customer, company, industry and vendor/supplier certifications and

standards and specifications were also an integral part of my functions within each organization. Product launch and maintenance for new lines and parts as well as existing. Six Sigma training aand experience leading and participating on team projects accordingly. Travel around US and other countries as required to Customers and Suppliers.

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Manufacturing Management and an Associate s Degree in Quality Management. Currently studying for ASQ CQE Exam.
