I have completed a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering at Hartlepool College completing several paper-based subjects whilst alternatively involving in Bench Fitting, CAD and Machining.

Overall, I finished accomplishing a final grade of D*D*D*. Hard work and determination were the key of achieving my final grade making sure all assignments were handed in on time to the highest ability.

Working with others to ensure the best outcome e.g. assigning tasks to colleagues to do the job as efficiently as possible. I have also trained many staff members whilst working at both jobs I have been an employee of.

Skills to speak to customers in the correct manner and being friendly no matter the situation. Working with customers at the pizza shop and in the bar.

After growing up around technology I have developed a fondness for computers and received a grade B at GCSE level.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

Activities I currently participate in include going to the gym 5 times a week, playing pool/snooker and playing football. I am a competitive person and I always strive to be the best in what I am doing. Other spare time is committed to watching football, updating my gym progress and socialising with friends. More than often I am trying new activities finding my strengths and seeing where I could progress further.

Responsibilities included: maintaining a clean work area, outstanding customer service, money handling, stock taking, taking orders via phone or over the counter. Over my 2 years here I developed significantly constantly learning new roles leading me to become a key holder and a supervisor within my first year.

Responsibilities for working as a bar supervisor include maintaining calm whilst under pressure from a busy presence, money handling, stock rotating and taking, working well with others, keeping a clean and tidy workspace. I efficiently developed my responsibilities whilst working at the Synthonia suites aiming to continuously push myself to become a higher duty and a role model to new workers.
