Provided interior design for clients using various online furniture products and representing the new space using Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop.

Developed Metal Framing System structure using "global industries products" for Bolt Offsite, a company based on Calgary, using design softwares such as Revit and AutoCAD.

2. Architectural Technologist / Project Coordinator

Worked closely with Vice President of the company on commercial projects using the California building code, with budgets up to $10M.

Developed schematic design, design developments and construction documents for building up to 50,000 SF, renovations on new tenant suites, and plaza public spaces to blend into existing spaces.

3. Architectural Technologist / Intern Architect

ACI Architects

Developed schematic design presentations (diagrams, renderings and floor plans), and collaborated to produce design packages for clients on commercial and public projects. Contacted vendors for material samples in order to create 3D material boards for clients and senior designers. The project budgets were up to $20M.

Worked with the City of Edmonton to ensure that the applicable codes and standards were met and followed by the projects.

4. Junior Architect

PMP Consultancy

Provided oversight in the development of a work class residential and commercial building named Koi Tower, the second tallest building in Latin America (US$200 M), cost estimates using an American construction project management software, Procore.

Ensured that the Architectural design work was followed by the project management team and contractors.
