Advice of the quality and quantities of each well required for the packaged unit and highlight the utilities not available.

Engineering Service, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Utility Water Distribution Network with UNOPS, various area in Mukalla, Hadramout.-"EPCC". The project consists of distribution system pipework, trunk lines and all necessary related to fitting, safety, electrical and Instrumentation along Utility Water Management system.

Development of Process Design Basis and Process Description. Hydraulic Study Options and Calculation.

Performing various process calculations such as firewater hydraulic analysis, firewater and foam demand calculation, piping distribution network pressure drops calculation in various options, deluge system calculation. Engineering Services, Development, procurement support and review of material requisitions, specifications, data sheets for the up-gradation of Fuel Loading/Unloading ADEN Airport Facility, Yemen. The scope was to check the suitability of extension of existing facility to be loaded/unloaded at a rate of 30000 bbl/day, design a new facility based on the extended capacity, and optimize of drain system and all necessary Safety & Control devices and Instrumentation along Loading/Unloading Management System.

Engineering Services, Development, procurement support for installation oftwo 2 No. of Diesel Fuel Storage Tanks with capacity of 20,000 BBL for each one and active Firefighting Protection system. Scope includes the basic design and procurement support of 2# NO. of Storage Tanks and Active Firefighting system.

3) Organization : OMV Exploration & Production Company Location : Kharwah Field, Block S2, shabu, Yemen.

Position : Well Testing Operator

Working Period : Oct, 2016 – Nov 2017

Responsibilities;

Worked under Production Supervisor in developing of oil & gas production plan, Wellhead operation, well testing, early production facility, oil gathering / processing / pump stations. Check, verify and calibrate sensor/instrumentation as per relevant technical documents and quality control procedures.

Prepare daily production report. Well test data entry, oil & gas calculation for GOR, filter and strainer cleaning. Injection & operation of Christmas tree. Operation of water and gas injection wells.

Flow and pressure recording. Water, oil draining, and operation of all operating valves at crude oil pumping station. Check all alarms and trip switched with the instrument technicians. Familiar with different types of valves such as PCV, PSV, LCV and PRV controller and transmitters. Engineering Service and Procurement Support with OMV E&P for the up-gradation of their Oil & Gas facilities in Yemen.

1. Basic and Detailed Engineering Service of Extended Well Test Facility Phase #1 and Fresh Water Injection System of Kharwah Field Habban-23 for OMV, Yemen. Project Scope includes Design, Procurement, Erection and Commissioning of Extended Well Test Facility as a part of Kharwah Field Habban-23 up-gradation. I involved in the Project as Process / Project Engineer and was responsible to check the suitability of the existing process equipment, production piping/pipeline. Generate As-Built P&ID for the entire facility. Perform detail engineering for the upgrade of the facility. Carryout engineering study for installation of new fresh water injection system to the facility in order to treat the salinity of oil. 2. Basic and Detailed engineering design of the up gradation of Crude Offloading Facility at Safer for OMV, Yemen. The scope was to review and upgrade of the existing offloading and exporting facilities and design a new facility to offloaded and exported transfer 30000 BPD of crude oil, and optimize of drain system. I have involved in the Project as Process / Project Engineer and was responsible for Basic Process Engineering activities and Coordinating in Procurement activities. 3. Engineering Services and Procurement Support of Mobile Test 3 # Phase Separator Oil, Gas and Liquid for OMV, Yemen. This was an Engineering and Procurement contract. The scope was mainly includes Design, Procurement and Erection of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Mobile Test 3# Phase Separator. I have involved in the Project as Junior Process / Project Engineer and was responsible for modeling process simulation with typical inlet feed using ProMax software. Run the simulation cases at the specified operating pressures to establish the separator’s capacity, and supporting Senior Engineer in Coordinating Procurement activities.

4. Basic and Detailed Engineering Design Review of a 16" Oil Export Pipeline for OMV,Block S2 Field, Yemen.The project consists of a Export Pump station with metering and launcher at OMV Central Processing Facility (CPF), a 16" diameter, 120 km long, Oil export Pipeline between the OMV CPF and the Safer CPU, a Receiving Facilitiesat the existing Safer Central Processing Unit (CPU). The scope incudes a quantitative Risk Assessment and Carry out a HAZID review of the proposal development, Independent Review of Export Pipeline Detail Design, Development, and Review of Requisitions, Specifications, Data Sheets and Material Reconciliation.

Conceptual, Engineering and Procurement Support Services of the new and up-gradation of the Oil & Gas facilities with TOTAL E&P, (TEPY), Yemen.

Preliminary and Detailed Engineering (Phase # 1& 2) for the installation of Water Injection Facility. The scope of work includes the basic and Detail Engineering of Main Water Injection Pumps, Variable Speed Drivers to run the main water injection pumps, Water Filtration Unit, Booster Pumps, Diesel Generators, and all necessary Safety and Instrumentation along Water Injection Management System.

Basic and Detailed Engineering Design and Procurement support for the new diesel loading/unloading facility. The project consists of a Loading/Unloading Diesel Facilities, Truck diesel Page 5

unloading transfer system to the existing fuel oil tank, Diesel Loading Arms system, Fire Fighting and Fire & Gas Detection system, Open Drain system, Pipe rack to CPU facilities, and all necessary Safety and Control valves and Instrumentation along Loading/Unloading Management System. Project Scope includes Design, Procurement, Erection and Commissioning of the entire facility and recommend the safe location of the facility, the engineering/detail design, fabrication, Preparation for shipment and documentation of engineering package shall be in accordance with General Specification of the TEPY Company. Reported the assessment of all procured equipment, instruments and material in order to confirm suitability for the project and all the operation parameters meet the requirements.

Basic and Detailed Engineering Design and Procurement support for Kharir utility water system. The project consists ofa wellhead facility, Flow lines from Mukalla water wells to Main Manifold, Trunk line form Main Manifold to CCU, Water Utility Manifolds at CPU, BPU & CCU, Filling Lines to Firefighting Water Storage Tanksand all necessary Safety and Control valves and Instrumentation along Utility Water Management System. The project scope includes design, Procurement, Erection and Commissioning of the entire facility as per the TOTAL Standards and requirements. Advice the Company of the quality and quantitiesof each required for the packaged unit and highlight the utilities not available.

FEED and Detailed Design for a Gas Blanketing System for the crude oil, produced water, diesel and slop storage tanks at the Sharyoof CPF (S-CPF), Dove E&P, Yemen. The Scope includes the design of complete tank blanketing system for the Shayroof Tank Farm in order to protect the storage tanks from high corrosion rates. The tanks are pressure relieved to the flare header, and breath via a PVRV from atmosphere. a gas blanket system is to be installed on all storage tanks. 5) Organization : TG Engineering Inc.

Basic and Detailed Engineering Design and Procurement Support ofCentral Processing Unit (CPU) Fire Fighting Project for TOTAL (TEPY), Yemen. The scope was to review and upgrade of the existing Fire Fighting and Fire & Gas Detection system at CPU, identify the discrepancies between existing firefighting facilitiesand TOTAL General Specifications, and propose the technical solution to upgrade Kharir firefighting means in compliance with TOTAL General Specification. Review F&G system and advise if the number of Fire and Gas detector are enough or more than required. Prior to the detailed engineering TEPY advised to have feasibility study of the various options for the piping material, that is carbon steel above ground or GRP below ground.
