• Preparation, modification & checking of technical drawings of plant manufacturing machinery/equipment’s using AutoCAD & SolidWorks

• Support plant engineering department to execute day to day operations & perform maintenance of plant machinery/equipment to meet business requirements

• Ordering & incoming quality control of spares required for maintaining plant manufacturing machinery/equipment in coordination with stores department

• Interaction with various vendors/contractors who are providing services & getting the job done as & when required

(1) Morse Test Apparatus - Prof. Dr. V.S. Joshi

Our team reconstructed the inoperative and damaged Morse test apparatus and hydraulic dynamometer. The team manufactured a tension spring and a flanged coupling. Also built an Arduino Nano based tachometer.

(2) Formula Bharat 2018 - Prof. Dr. M.S. Kadam

I was part of core design group in the team helping with various design decisions. I was responsible for 2D drafting, 3D modeling and FEA of various components of a single-seat racing car. Also, I was responsible for making cost, business and engineering design documents.

(3) SAE SUPRA 2016 - Prof. S. A. Dharurkar

I was part of Powertrain Department of Team VAAYU. I mostly worked on KTM Duke 390 engine and transmission system of the vehicle.
