Did regular engineer for telephone from pricing to inquiring my own right of ways from state to local. While working at Mountain LTD Was Project manager on larger jobs. Engineered major road moves from moving entire pole lines to placing new fiber to a new remote. Moved 900 pair cable from the air and engineered to go buried. Had to move a cross box and relocated all cables coming from the remote to all homes it is serving. Located new right-of-way and placed all cable within the right-of-way to service home, including new drops and services to the homes. Engineered new fiber from CO to the remote to feed a new sub-division. Fiber was buried, underground or aerial to feed homes and cross-box. Measuring with a height stick and wheel. Inspected All fiber cable while being placed in the ground. Engineered FTTP from the feeder to the hub, from distribution fiber to placing the hand hole in the yard. Near the end of the project, they placed me in project manager position and handled all of the duties a project manager does. Engineered FTTP using my engineering skills. Engineered small fiber all the way up to 432 fibers to feed either business to large subdivisions placing a new hub and fiber according to the house count. Placing hand holes in the right-of-way to service the homes. Measuring from height of the existing cable to each span measurement. I inspected all buried fiber being put in the ground to make sure was within required depth. While at RJE TELECOM I was a Project Manager I was responsible for the overall management of the specific project (s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules was implemented in a timely manner. Responsible for all aspects of the project including cost schedules, documentation preparation and customer interaction; Ensures that all control gates are met on schedule; Performs organizational wide integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems; ensures that the project team members are fully utilized or are made available to support other agency projects to meet the agency a billability requirement. While being a Project manager they handed me larger jobs to handle to get them done in a timely matter, under budget and always on time

Placed larger pair gain units from cross-boxes, musks and smu. design a new subdivision from cable to where to place the pedestals for the whole subdivision this position had allot of responsibilities to have everything done in a timely matter in accordance with company objectives and policies to provide the highest quality service at the lowest possible cost. Got my maps and other needed materials from icgs, mark runs and other computer programs gte uses to get the job done.

Engineered in Marion drafted to keep the plant up to date. Drew on Mylar maps to keep Ohio current with the cable that was placed out in the field.
