DataLink Cacak, USAID Project - Adjudication of Corruption Cases Applications and database developer, Data Analyst. British Council - Judicial Efficiency Project (Project funded by the EU) Developed a set of SQL scripts, stored procedures for detecting data quality issues in the Case Management System used in Serbian Basic and Higher courts. With my assistance, the courts were able to rectify more than 130,000 incorrect or incomplete entries in their databases.

Created a sophisticated application that performs analysis of each form in the AVP/CMS (Case Management System) used in Serbian Basic and Higher courts and maps all existing data entry fields into XML and Excel formats. Provided valuable support for development of Case-Weighting formula by developing application for gathering case metadata, as well as sophisticated correlation analysis tool, whose results provided factual grounds for developing case-weighting formula.

During my developer career in the Bank, I was developing, designing, maintaining several different applications for the following departments: for Credit Department, Risk, Accounting, Foreign Exchange, Archives, Technical, Security Department and gained valuable and specific experience of all aspects of the life span of the application (life cycles, from designing to long-term maintenance). I also learned a lot of Microsoft Windows, hardware and complex networks and IT security rules.

I was part of a team that carried out data migration from DB2 to MS SQL Server. Worked with big data and different data formats: csv, txt, html, to various DB systems. I also have experience in data import/export. During my long-standing work in the Bank, I never encountered a request for application designing which I could not meet. Work with short deadlines, stress environment as in the IT Division of a bank, dealing with confidential data, experience with numerous users (300 employees in the Bank) from tellers to top management, gained experience in cooperation with the National Bank of Serbia and other financial institutions. In short, I became and independent developer who is aware of the important of team work, I learned how to write a legible code, precise, documented without bugs. What is even more important is that my applications are being used today, even those developed in the very beginning of my career.
